Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales to fuel Ulii’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Ulii’s client base and market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships, including collaborations with technology providers.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to promote Ulii’s offerings, particularly in ERP services and IoT products.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Present Ulii’s solutions to potential clients, tailoring pitches to address their specific business challenges.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual benefit for Ulii and its partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of Ulii.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in the tech or digital transformation space.
- Proven track record of driving sales and establishing successful partnerships.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and digital transformation services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
